Prior to his current role he held the role of claim quality assurance analyst and large loss examiner within State Auto’s specialty division. Prior to joining State Auto Dennis worked with Nationwide holding various claims roles including auto, medical, property, specialty and injury claims. As one of his many responsibilities within State Auto he works with State Auto Labs, the innovation arm of State Auto, to provide insight into how emerging technology may impact insurance and risk management.
